- Residential Buildings:
- New constructions with at least 20 parking spaces must have one charging point per parking spot.
- Major renovations for buildings with at least 10 parking spaces will also need to comply with this rule.
- Non-Residential Buildings (e.g., offices, shops):
- New constructions or major renovations with more than 10 parking spaces must include at least 2 charging points and be prepped for 1 point per 4 parking spaces.
- Existing buildings with more than 20 parking spaces must have at least 2 charging points.
