As a detector will always pass on the exact status of its detection to the configured output, it is not possible to use this same output on multiple modules.
If you wish to switch an output via a detector AND via a push button, then you must link this via a logic expression

All CTD controllers have a built-in annual calendar with the daily times of sunrise and sunset. To be able to use this, it is sufficient to assign a bistable output via the setup screen and to select the location that is closest to the installation.
!! After you have submitted the changes via the Red upload arrow, it is important to restart the CTD to load the current times !!!
Luqas manages energy flows in the residence. It controls the large electrical consumers (heat pump, boilers, charging station) based on your current energy usage. Thanks to the convenient energy slider, you decide what you want to consume. Luqas notifies you in case of overuse or high peaks* and through the Qbus Control app, you have a simple overview of your energy consumption and yield. Luqas gives you back control over your energy bill.

Luqas is connected to the digital meter and knows how much electricity is currently being purchased or injected. Based on that information, Luqas will control a heat pump (via smart grid) or two electric boilers (via 2 relay contacts) and 2 charging stations. Luqas ensures that:
If, after this automatic control of the connected high consumers, too much electricity is still being used, potentially exceeding your quarter-hour peak, Luqas sends you a message* so that you can intervene yourself if desired (lowering the stove, delaying the dishwasher or washing machine, etc.). Avoiding these peaks in consumption is described as "peak-shaving".

Thanks to 3 convenient subscriptions, you determine how much control you have over your energy. Choose basic functions with Luqas View or opt for more control with Luqas Control. Do you have a dynamic tariff? Then go for Luqas Dynamic Control and choose the time when you want to consume energy.
It is always advisable to use the most recent version. The latest modules are always supported in this and all known bugs were also resolved.
For example, if you enter a serial number and the correct module info does not appear, then you will probably not work with the most recent software.
A newer version will always be able to open the older files (.QDB), without data loss.

Normally when the Qbus System Manager III SW is installed, the USB driver is installed automatically, but if this is not the case your computer will tell you, once you connect to the controller, that it is having trouble installing the USB device. When this happens please click on that message and select to install the driver from a list or specific location (search: C:\Program Files (x86)\Qbus\CTD USB driver if you have left the program to install in the default location and if not select the location were you have installed the program and this specific folder) . This way the system should connect properly.
All recent DIN rail modules are equipped with a fuse and status LED(s)
In the first place, it must be checked whether the upper PWR LED is still lit (green). If this is not the case, check the fuse and check the supply voltage. If both fuse and supply voltage are correct, then the module power supply is defective and must be repaired or replaced.
Be sure to try a complete reset first: interrupt both the voltage and bus simultaneously, then reconnect voltage (and possibly bus).
Use our RMA procedure to return a module
The lower PWR will light when the bus is connected correctly. In stand-alone mode, this PWR LED, therefore, remains OFF. The red status LED will briefly light up or flash when the module is started. But if it remains lit or flashing, the firmware may be corrupted. Updating the firmware can be done via the SMIII via “Utilities / Setup / Software / Modules: Firmware Upgrade”
Qbus Control App - Luqas View, Luqas Control, Luqas Dynamic Control
All controls of the Luqas module are managed within the Qbus Control app. The Qbus Control app is available on Android and iOS operating systems.
Within the app, you can create a personal energy dashboard. Depending on the chosen subscription (Luqas View, Luqas Control, Luqas Dynamic Control), you'll have access to various functions and controls.

Luqas View provides users with basic control over their energy. Thanks to the energy slider, you can easily automate the control of your high-consumption devices, keeping your energy usage in check.

Select your desired energy level using a simple energy slider. On the energy slider, you can set your maximum desired consumption based on your home's specific situation (presence of a heat pump or charging station, your standard usage, etc.)

Luqas - Intelligent charging

Manual
Offers complete control over the charging capacity; you can determine how much power is being charged. Charge the car at a fixed speed up to 100% or disconnect it at any time. Choose maximum comfort!
Sun Only
Charge the car solely using solar energy. The charging process begins only when sufficient solar energy is available.

The car is charged with a pre-set number of kilometers within a specific period.

In addition to the 3 new charging modes, you can now create your own personalized charging profile for energy-efficient and automatic charging of your car.
How does it work? Simply put: your vehicle is charged with a pre-set number of kilometers within a certain period, entirely tailored to your specific needs. The energy charged is determined as efficiently as possible based on two crucial factors:
When you connect your vehicle to the charging station, it automatically selects your unique charging profile and starts charging according to your preferences. You can easily change your charging profile via a notification on your smartphone.
Luqas can be installed in any home with a digital meter. After activating the P1 port, the Luqas module can measure all energy flows.
If Err.255 appears when programming or verifying a module, this can have various causes:
First of all check whether the serial number has been typed correctly as shown on the sticker on the module or on the box. A serial number always consists of 6 digits or 10 hexadecimal characters (eg 0006B01ADE), the first 4 of which determine the module type.
Perform a test via "Utilities / Communication Check". Enter the last 6 digits of the serial number here and click on “Start Module Test”. With perfect communication with this module you have to see a nice flat line at 100%. If you see a flat low line, then there is never communication. If the line is pulsed, then there is poor communication. Then check whether the bus voltage (+/- 14V) is still correctly applied to the module or check the cabling. Try communicating with the module directly to the controller with 2 short bus wires (without any other connected modules) before sending it back via our RMA procedure.

This is a completely different procedure depending on the type of controller.
In the SMIII via "File" or "Utilities / Setup / SD card", click on "Recover QDB from SD".
After confirmation you choose the name and location where the file should be saved. The zipped QDB file is then read from the SD card of the CTD and saved. With a positive answer to the question "Unzip and open restored QDB?", All data will then be immediately available. If the data you were still working on was not sent or saved, you will first receive a notification to do so.
Because this controller does not yet have a large memory, only limited data can be recovered. Ao the names are abbreviated to 12 characters and serial numbers are not stored anywhere.
The first step is therefore to type in ALL serial numbers via SMII via "File / Modules". These 6-digit serial numbers can be found on every module (DIN rail, switch, detector, etc.). For the SWC0x switches, an extra option was provided to have them send their serial number via “Search for modules”.
When you then click on the "down arrow", you can read all this limited information.

No. Luqas automatically controls the large consumers (charging station, heat pump, electric boilers). These represent about 70% of the total consumption in the home.
If this automatic control is not enough to avoid too high quarterly peaks or too high general consumption, Luqas sends a message, and you can intervene yourself by switching off other active household appliances or putting them on a lower setting. This way, you stay in control of the dishwasher, steam oven, dryer, etc.
By switching sockets on and off, you cannot smart steer a charging station or heat pump. Smart steering means you can adjust the power to the charging station, not just switch it on or off. Ditto regarding the heat pump, you need to be able to do more than switch it on or off.
By adding extra Qbus modules in the installation, additional savings can be realised - not only by smart control of appliances via socket outlets but also control of lighting, heating, cooling, ventilation, etc.
